Delivery and returns
Delivery charges
For France, delivery costs are 4,90€ for home delivery and 3,70€ in relay point delivery via Colissimo. For European Union countries, delivery costs are 8,90€, 9,90€ for Switzerland and 10,90€ for the US (20,90€ for express shipping). These costs include preparation, packaging and shipping. Shipping is free for all orders above 150€ (except for express shipping to the US).
Delivery method
Orders are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo (Delivengo for US express shipping). Great care is taken in the preparation of orders, with appropriately sized parcels and adequate protection of items.
Shipping and delivery times
If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after the order has been validated and payment has been received in full. Delivery times are as follows:
- For metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of the order.
- For European countries: 3 to 8 working days after order dispatch.
- For the US: 8 to 15 working days after order dispatch according to the selected shipping option
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is dispatched.
Shipping zone
Deliveries are made to mainland France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium, Switzerland and the US (mainland).
Right of withdrawal and return procedure
You have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order in full. During this period, you may return products without providing any justification. All products may be returned, except those excluded by article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that "The consumer may only be held liable in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods, provided that the professional has informed the consumer of his right of withdrawal, in accordance with 2° of I of Article L. 121-17." (Article L.121-21-3 paragraph 3).
Exceptionally during the Christmas period (from 1/12/23 to 31/12/23), returns are accepted for 30 days.
Return procedure for all countries except the US:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 3 options:
1. If you created a customer account when ordering, you can directly create and print the carrier's slip in your account.
2. If you have not created a customer account, you can create and print the carrier's slip directly on our dedicated returns page.
3. In all cases, you can send us a request to the following e-mail address: customercare@mauliebris.com, indicating the order number. You will receive your returns form directly by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours.
You must then return your order within 14 days (30 days in december 2023). Return shipping is free of charge.
Return procedure for the US (mainland):
The customer is responsible for the return shipment of his parcel. They must send a request to the following e-mail address: customercare@mauliebris.com, indicating the order number, and send the product by the carrier of their choice to the postal address indicated by Customer Service in response to their request.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
