Warranty conditions

The Mauliébris Paris warranty covers manufacturing defects in products for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original owner of the product and cannot be transferred to a third party.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear due to regular use of the product. Nor does it cover damage caused by chemicals, solvents, dyes or other corrosive or abrasive products.

Warranty procedure

If you discover a manufacturing defect on one of our products during the warranty period, please contact us by e-mail at, providing the following information: order number, description of the defect, photograph of the defect and proof of purchase. We will assess your warranty claim and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once the product is returned, our team of experts will examine the reported defect and determine whether the product is eligible for warranty. If the defect is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the faulty product as soon as possible.
