Mauliébris launches pre-orders: your favorite pieces before everyone else!

At Mauliébris, each creation is unique, carefully crafted, and designed to last. Some of our pieces require extensive work over time: from the selection of materials to their preparation, including meticulous assembly and final polishing, each step is carried out by hand by our passionate artisans. It is this care that gives our collections their distinctive character and enduring elegance.

But this manufacturing time can sometimes make the wait frustrating for you, our demanding and impatient customers (in a good way!). To turn this wait into a positive experience, we have decided to launch pre-orders.

What is a pre-order?

Essentially, a pre-order allows you to reserve your favorite pieces before they become available in stock. Rather than waiting for everything to be produced, you can place your order today, and we'll ship your piece as soon as it's ready, perfectly crafted by hand.

How does it work?

1. Find items available for pre-order on our website. These items have a "Preorder" button instead of an "Add to cart" one. 

2. Place your order as usual.

3. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date, usually within one month.

4. As soon as your piece is finished, we send it directly to you, ready to be worn and admired.

It's a way to ensure that you don't miss out on any exclusive pieces, while respecting the artisanal rhythm that makes our creations so valuable.

Mixed orders: pre-orders and parts available

If you place a mixed order, including both currently available items and pre-orders, the default option is for us to ship everything at once, as soon as your pre-orders are ready. However, we know that some customers prefer to receive items already in stock quickly.

This is entirely possible and at no extra cost: simply indicate it in the “notes” or “comments” field of the shopping cart before confirming your order. We will then ship the available items first, then the pre-orders as soon as they are ready, and you only pay the shipping costs once. Both shipments will be sent to the same delivery address.
