Delivery and returns
Delivery Fees
For mainland France, delivery via Colissimo costs €4.90 for home delivery and €3.70 for delivery to a pickup point. For European countries, the cost ranges from €8.90 to €12.90, and $17 for the United States. These costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping. Delivery is free for all orders over €150 (except for the United States, where the minimum order for free shipping is $250).
Delivery Method
Orders are shipped via La Poste using Colissimo. Great care is taken in preparing orders, with appropriately sized packages and adequate protection for the items.
Shipping and Delivery Time
If the product is in stock, shipping will take place within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation and full payment receipt. Delivery times are as follows:
- For mainland France: 2 to 3 working days after the order has been shipped.
- For European countries: 3 to 8 business days after order shipment
- For the United States: 8 to 15 business days depending on the delivery method chosen.
Follow up
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Shipping Zone
Deliveries are made to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, United States, Finland, Metropolitan France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedure
You have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your entire order. During this period, you can return the products without having to provide a reason. All products can be returned, except those excluded by Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and have not been worn for a prolonged period. It should be noted that "The consumer can only be held liable in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods, provided that the professional has informed the consumer of their right of withdrawal, in accordance with point 2 of paragraph I of Article L. 121-17." (Article L.121-21-3 paragraph 3).
A full refund requires the return of the entire order. If any products are not returned, their cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return procedure for all countries except the United States:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 3 options:
1. If you created a customer account when placing your order, you can directly edit your return slip in your customer account by going to your order page.
2. If you have not created a customer account, you can edit your order form directly on our dedicated returns page .
3. In all cases, you can send us a request to the following email address: customercare@mauliebris.com , indicating your order number. You will receive your return label directly by email within 24 to 48 hours.
You must then return your order within 14 days. Return shipping is free.
Procedure for the United States:
The customer is responsible for the return shipment of their package. They must send a request to the following email address: customercare@mauliebris.com , indicating the order number, and send the product via the carrier of their choice to the postal address provided by customer service in response to their request.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for loss or damage related to the shipment of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on international duty and tax refunds, please contact your local customs office.
